Who knew that a Facebook post would be the start of something so special? When Mackenzie and I started BBC, we wanted to create a space for small business owners to connect and support each other.

What I didn’t realize at the time was how much this community would pour back into me. Seeing people build friendships, collaborate, and truly show up for one another has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Moving across the country, starting over, and learning how to find my people as an adult taught me just how important community really is. And now, getting to help create that for others? It’s an honor I don’t take lightly. Whether it’s hosting events, giving free headshots, or just being there to cheer people on, every piece of it feeds my soul.

From a simple connection to creating Business Blend Collective, we’ve built a space where community, collaboration, and friendships thrive. Proof that sometimes the best relationships—business or otherwise—start in the most unexpected ways.
